Who we are

This website is operated by NJx Venture Summit NJ NFP Corporation (“NJx Venture Summit”), a New Jersey nonprofit corporation, 23 Orchard Road, Skillman, NJ 08558.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account on this website. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance.

Registration through mTap

Tickets are sold through mTap, a third-party event platform embedded on our Register page. Information you enter in the registration form, including payment details, is collected and processed by mTap under its own terms and privacy policy. mTap shares attendee details with us so we can run the event.

Other services

Our pitch interest form is hosted by Google Forms. Fonts may be served from our own server. Links to news articles and partner websites take you to sites with their own privacy practices.

How we use information

We use attendee and applicant information to organize the summit, communicate about the event, match startups and investors, and feature participants who have agreed to be listed. We do not sell personal information.

Photos and recordings

Summits may be photographed or recorded for coverage and promotion. Let the team know at check-in if you prefer not to be photographed.
